JAN ERP V3.8.4 — Scheduled Management Push Alerts

Adds three automatic payout attention pushes per day and one EOD management summary. Default schedule: 10:00, 14:00, 18:00 and EOD 20:30, Asia/Kolkata.

Install
  1. Take a quick site/database backup.
  2. Upload/extract this ZIP in the JAN ERP web root and overwrite.
  3. Login as Full Admin and open upgrade_v3_8_4.php.
  4. Run the upgrade, then open scheduled_push_settings.php.
  5. Create the one cPanel cron shown on that page to run every 15 minutes.
  6. Use “Send Payout Alert Now” and “Send EOD Summary Now” to test.

Payout alert

Uses the same Active / On Going sales-order payout logic as the corrected Daily Action Center. It includes overdue count/amount, due-today count/amount and the oldest overdue company/order.

EOD summary

Includes overdue payouts, due-today payouts, active orders, receivables, new orders today, deliveries today, invoices today and customer payments collected today.

Audience

Pushes go to subscribed Full Admin and Business Admin devices. Investor information is intentionally excluded.
