JAN ERP V3.6.2 — Full Admin Notification Identity Fix

This hotfix repairs the legacy Full Admin login path that could authenticate without a database user_id, causing the per-user Admin notification feed to appear empty even though ERP events existed.

1. Upload/extract this ZIP over the JAN ERP web root.
2. Open repair_notifications_v3_6_2.php as Full Admin.
3. Click Repair & Test Notifications.
4. Open Dashboard. The bell should show the green test notification plus recovered recent Company Portal order events.

No database schema change is required.
