JAN ERP — Separate Investor Access

Purpose: Adds a private investor module. Investor logins cannot access Dashboard, Companies, Orders, Invoices, Payments, Reports or other investors' data.

Install

Back up the current site files and database.
Upload this ZIP to /home2/doctorlabs/public_html/jan.doctorlabs.in and extract with overwrite.
Log in as Admin and open https://jan.doctorlabs.in/upgrade_investors.php.
Click Create + Load Current 2026 Investor Sheet to load Babu, Vinoth, Raj/Mysf and Bhuvan with the 9 investment rows supplied in chat. Use Create / Repair Module Only if you prefer to enter them manually.
Open Investors from the sidebar and verify the payment matrix.
Open Users & Roles. Create a user with role Investor and link it to the correct Investor Profile.
Test the investor login in an incognito/private browser window. It should open only the private Investor Statement page.

Current sheet totals after import

Total investor capital: ₹68,00,000
All monthly amounts: ₹5,75,000
Active monthly commitment: ₹5,50,000
Historical Paid statuses are imported without inventing a paid date.

Privacy controls

The restriction is enforced server-side. An Investor role attempting to open operational ERP URLs is redirected to investor_portal.php. The portal filters data by the Investor Profile linked to that user account.
