JAN ERP – Existing Company Agreement Upload

Upload this patch into /home2/doctorlabs/public_html/jan.doctorlabs.in, extract it in the same folder, and choose overwrite.

No database migration is required.

Added

• Agreement Management → Upload Agreements button.
• Bulk CSV/XLSX agreement data import for existing companies only.
• Unknown companies are rejected and never created by this importer.
• Same company + same start date updates the existing agreement instead of duplicating it.
• Blank end date auto-calculates to one year minus one day.
• Downloadable live template pre-filled with current companies/agreement records.
• Batch PDF/JPG/PNG document attachment/replacement for existing agreement records.

After extraction, open https://jan.doctorlabs.in/agreements.php and click Upload Agreements.
